7900 Cyan Nozzle Clog

I’ve tried clearing the CYAN nozzle but to no avail. The only thing I haven’t tried is a cartridge with Piezoflush, or Epson’s cleaning solution. Can someone please take a careful look-see at this nozzle test to see if there’s anything that I can do to bring back this nozzle to full functionality again? Even the top of the ORANGE is having the same issue. Thanks.

I’m slowly diving into a backlog of un-replied questions.

This is a classic cyan channel burnout. (the delayed “bend” drop starting in the middle).

This is not a clog but an actual failure of the printhead. It’s all too common on this head with any ink (besides Piezo which does not kill this type of head). The best way to keep the x900 series heads from diving is to replace the dampers and cleaning assemblies every 2 years. I generally do a PiezoFlush at that time as well.

best,
