7900 Can't reset chip

I’ve got a new set of 7900 cartridges and the chip resetter. The cyan and the LLK won’t reset, but the rest in the set worked fine. They blink red and then rapidly blink green. They are both well above 15%, and I get the same result with both chip resetters I have. Any ideas on how to reset them?

Sorry for the late reply on this.

I think you are getting a miss-alignment.

Take the frame aligner off the chip resetter and try manually by carefully placing the prongs on the chip contacts and pushing down fully.

If this does not work, please PM me and we’ll get you set up w/ new chips.
