7880 Problem with color ink

I have a 7880 and have had problem with images looking real yellow. I put my pizeo line in and did several cleans I did several power cleans with reinstall with new light magenta cart. It still looks yellow and nozzle check shows that light magenta is not printing It won’t let me do power cleans and says put in new cartridge.
Any help appreciated

You need to reset the cartridge that are low with a chip resetter. Make sure to re-prime them as well to get the ink flowing properly.

The cartridge is already reset and it still says to replace cartridge and does not specify which cartridge and is preventing power cleans

Reset all of them and the maintenance tank.

Ok I reset all and same results Yellow print and light red not printing I am able to do a power cleaning.
