4880 ink low problem and light magenta clogged

so, first got light light magenta clog. then tried to run power clean. and printer said low ink. tried resetting cartridges but no red light appears even on brand new chip resetter. so i can’t run power clean. now when I tried resetter on light light black, it too now is not showing on a test print.
bottom line-can’t print, can’t run power clean, and can’t reset cartridges???
help?

When the resetter has improperly contacted the wrong points on a chip it can go funky.
