Have a 6yo 3880 that had a paper feed problem out of the box. A death, a move, etc., and I let the warranty expire before getting a warranty return. It’s been in the box since. I live in CO and the closest EPSON service center is 190 miles away in Denver. Or, Salt Lake… surely, there’s another way.
What do people do to repair perfectly good EPSON printers? Just ship 'em? Don’t want to sell it. My 3880 now is used for ImagePrint. Want to return to Cone on the old, never used 3880. (Had Cone on a 3000 back in '02, incomparably beautiful prints)
Thanks, sorry if this is the wrong group.
