3800 read as offline

I am installing the Piezo DN inks into my 3800. When attempting to load the QTR3800 curve a and the DN curves, the printer is read as offline. It has worked fine with Epsom driver and is USB connected. Does anyone have an idea?

Make sure that your printer is connected via USB. Then double click the 3800 install command in the PiezoDN curve folder.

Make sure you don’t have a virtual machine running like VMware. And make sure that the printer is set to use USB and not ethernet.

And if you have the Epson Printer Utility open, say for doing nozzle checks or cleaning cycles, be sure to click Finish, otherwise the printer will not be available for anything else. Been there, done that, many times!
