1430 Nozzle Clog and CISS Tubes Have Air

So I recently setup my 1430 printer with the Piezo DN CISS system. Out of the box the printer setup perfectly and I was able to achieve a perfectly clean nozzle check multiple times. I then installed the CISS as per the instructions and the nozzles were completely clogged. It took me 7-8 cleaning cycles before I was able to print out a perfect nozzle pattern. One week later the nozzles were completely clogged again and I noticed there was air showing up in the tubes going from the CISS to the head. As per the directions I have the CISS sitting on top of the box it came in. What can I do to prevent the air getting into the tubes and is this causing the nozzle clogging issues?

Cheers.
Andy

Did you top-prime the cartridges as the instructions showed?

I did prime as per the instructions. I’ll switch over to the piezoDN forum. Sorry.
