A clogged 4880, initial fill and Flush

I have been trying to use Flush to clean a 4880 with no luck. Your directions refer to making an initial fill. I have been unable to find that command on the 4880. Instead, I ran 4 power cleans and left to set for 48 hours. I then ran another power clean before going back to the ink. Only three channels seen to be open. I tried to print something but none of the image was present. I don’t know what else to do. Is the printer gone. pleas advise.
