How many channels can be remapped on the 3800?

My PK and MK channels are not working on my 3800. Can I remap those inks to 2 other channels that are not crucial for BW printing? And which folder is the correct one that contains all the PK and MK curves for remapping? appreciate anyone who can advise me, might have dealt with this problem.

The curves (for all ink sets) are found in >Applications>Piezography>Curves (or Curves-HD).
