Piezo flush to store 4800

I have an Epson 4800 I would like to store for a while. (I picked up a 7800 I am switching to and will order carts for that.) Is there any way to empty/use my current 4800 inkjetmall carts with piezo flush, or do I need new carts? (I plan on buying new carts for my 7800 but don’t want to have to buy an additional set for the 4800 unless I have to.)

Yeah, You can empty the carts, wash with distilled water, and fill with PF. Once they have PF they will never want to go back to ink though.
