Epson 4900 Ink Leak Help

My Epson 4900 started leaking ink from the plastic manifold where all the ink lines join together. I replaced the manifold and all o-rings, but the leak continues. The leakage seems to be coming from under the foil covered area of the manifold.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Unscrew, clean, and check the left and right screw holes for stripping or cracks. These screws go into plastic so it’s easy for things to get loose if screwed too tightly.
