Error 1537

I just installed refillable carts in my Epson 7900. Now I get the error message 1537 and to call for service. What does this error message mean and what can be done to correct it and get it back up and running.

Hi, all
I topped up my cone inks in my 350ml carts, used the chip resetter, turned on the printer and got code 1537… replaced the cyan cart with the epson cart restarted the printer and it worked.
so I used the chip resetter on the cone cyan cart and tried again error 1537,
Is it time for a new cart?
